Adam has over 15 years of experience in auctions. He specialises in residential and commercial. Previously, Adam had worked with major UK auction houses.
In 2023 Adam joint forces with Steven and Benjamin Stevens Auctions was founded.
With a “never give up attitude” Adam is always looking for new opportunities to expand his network.

Steven launched Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents in 2004. Prior to this he worked for another agent in Edgware before branching out on his own.
Steven opened his first branch in a prime location of Edgware, which still remains Benjamin Steven’s Head Office.
Steven’s ethos is to make sure the aim of business is to always put clients first.

Louisa supports the team in all aspects of the business. After graduating in 2012 from Nottingham University, she started her full-time role with Benjamin Stevens and progressed to Associate Director.
Her duties include overseeing transactions; maintaining accurate financial records, and focuses on the day-to-day financial activities.

Nathan is an experienced agent who recognises the value of his clients trust in him. He has gained vast knowledge of the industry which has led him to being an excellent, proactive negotiator.
Nathan is a diligent, driven individual with a genuine passion for the business. He is always available to help clients with stock disposal, assist in purchasing at auction, or sourcing great properties for investors.

Michael is responsible for undertaking property valuations and sales. He is a highly competent valuer and a real asset to the company.
Michael previously worked with Steven at another local estate agency in 1998. He joined the Benjamin Stevens team in 2009 and is one of the longest serving members of staff. Prior, he worked for a tech company in the charity sector.

Rosanne is responsible for marketing, including social media content, press and publicity for all aspects of the business.
Her role requires her to develop and execute strategies that allow the business to expand its highly regarded reputation.
Prior to this she worked as Broadcast Producer for over 15 years for BBC1, BBC Radio 4, BBC World Service, ITV and Channel 4.
